Senior Management Consultant & Project Manager

Property Development Feasibility Study (INdustry)

I led a feasibility study for a major property development project, consolidating three sites into one new facility. As lead project manager, I coordinated a complex mix of stakeholders and operations across offices, labs, testing, production and logistics. I ensured alignment on vision, future ways of working, and key objectives to create a strong foundation for the next phase.

National & Global Re‑Branding Initiative

I served as the lead project manager in Sweden for a major re‑branding initiative and contributed to the global development. The role required close collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers across several industries. I ensured alignment, managed expectations, and secured a smooth process that resulted in a unified and well‑anchored brand transformation.

Construction & Workplace Transformation (Industry)

I managed the relocation and optimization of office and laboratory environments within Industry after a business divestment. The work included setting up two new research units while coordinating stakeholders and keeping costs and timelines on track. The project delivered improved labs, more efficient workplaces, and freed up valuable office space with a positive financial impact

Business Development (Construction company)

I led a business development project focused on identifying efficiency gaps and strengthening portfolio management, processes, and ways of working to improve profitability.
